Some of you may have met Dana McDade, “Muskie” last summer when she was working and visiting during the camp sessions. I am happy to report that Dana has joined the Otterdale team full-time as a Counselling Mentor and brings 30 years experience as a frontline Counsellor/Facilitator, most recently with the New Brunswick Community College. Her ties to the Children’s camp community began at 9 years old, and continued for 12 summers as a camper then as a staff member at Camp Kawabi.
Muskie completed her Master’s Degree in Assessment and Counselling from the Institute of Child Study at the University of Toronto. Her leadership skills and enthusiasm for camp is a wonderful asset to Camp Otterdale.
