We choose our staff with care.
Qualified, dedicated, responsible, safety oriented, and fun loving describe the leaders who will contribute to your child’s experience at Otterdale. All staff are chosen for their leadership ability, skill in caring for children and excellence in instructing camp activities. Counsellors are 18 years of age or older, all are former campers who share the common interest of working with young people.
