Dear Jeff,
Thank you all for taking such great care of our boys. It was a first time for all of us and it ended being as great (if not better) than we had all hoped. The boys thoroughly enjoyed it, they came back more confident, rested, well-fed

It’s been 10 years this summer. You’re as much a part of our family as we are of yours. The 10 month long intermissions for my kids have been filled with reminiscing, singing, story telling and recalled, heart-felt, life-long memories told with that far-away look in their eyes. It’s the number on the white board that gets lowered by 1, each day as the 1st day of camp draws near. It’s all the crazy counsellor names. Which of course, “what do you mean is that a male or female name?” look on their face when you ask…. “Is Topo a guy or a girl??” Then you meet him and never forget! It’s bonding with friends made and the annual re-kindling of those friendships. Canoe trips paced with exhaustion and raw emotions laid bare under the stars. Swimming in cold water, and mud sliding in the rain.
All this and so much more we’ve listened to from our three children. In part, products of Camp Otterdale. Kids we’re very proud of, kids with well-laid priorities who genuinely care about the other people in their lives.
Sending them to Camp Otterdale a decade ago was one of the best decisions we’ve ever made for them. You will ALWAYS be a part of their lives and ours.
Recommending Camp O is second nature and so easy to do.
You’re wonderful and we love you!!

Hello Sue, Hello Jeff,
Just to let you know that Helena had the most wonderful time in Otterdale and so I am now the most happiest mummy of Ontario (after being the most lonesome one…). This was a big success and I wanted to thank you for her and for being understanding and always in touch with me.
Now I’ll have to deal with the fact that she wants to be back next year !!

Hi Sue,
Shane is still talking about all of his fun experiences at your camp. He loved every minute and wants to go back, which is a great sign. It was so wonderful.
He liked the counsellors – thought they were very cool and funny. He loved the canoe day trip, which was the highlight for him. You do a great job in keeping the kids busy and happy, in a safe environment. Sounds like you also choose great staff, and everyone Tom & I met seemed very competent and friendly.
Great job and we hope to see you next year.
